I have the privilege of serving as the lead executive for The Arc Prince George's County. I see everyday how the lives of people with disabilities are enhanced by caring and professional staff. I am proud when I see people who've shared their goals for employment overcome challenges and discrimination to reach their goal. There is so much more we can do to ensure true community inclusion is possible for everyone.
